SALMON CHEESE BALL RECIPE

SALMON CHEESE BALL RECIPE

Ingredients
  • 8 oz. smoked salmon
  • 2- 8 oz. packages cream cheese
  • 1 – 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned pepper
  • ½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
  • ½ cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
Instructions
  1. In mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, pineapple, onions, seasoned pepper and hot sauce.
  2. Mix in salmon. Form mixture into a ball and roll in chopped nuts.
  3. Wrap ball in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator until party time.
  4. Will keep in refrigerator up to two days.
  5. Serve with crackers, or also good on celery sticks.
