SMOKED SALMON CHEESE LOG RECIPE

Ingredients
  • 12 oz (3/4 lb) grated cheddar cheese
  • One 3 oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tea Worcestershire (ms?) sauce
  • Dash garlic salt
  • 6-10oz of smoked salmon (1/2lb average)
Instructions
  1. Mix well
  2. Form into log's
  3. Roll in chopped parsley or chopped nuts
  4. Wrap well in waxed paper or Saran wrap
  5. Store in refrigerator until needed.
