SMOKED SALMON FONDUE RECIPIE

Ingredients
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup or mushroom or of each
  • 2 cans cream, milk or plain yogurt
  • 1 Tab dry onion soup
  • Dash of wine (vermouth or red wine)
  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese or 1 oz pkg of cream cheese
Instructions
  1. Heat until smooth and gravy-like consistency
  2. Serve warm with thin slices of crusty French bread (or tear
  3. off chunks) or use grissini (bread sticks).
  4. Scoop - Dip - Yum
