Ingredients
  • ½Gallon Dole pine-orange banana juice
  • ½ cup non-Iodized salt
  • ⅓ cup of white sugar
  • 1 lb. (1 box) of brown sugar
  • 12 ounces of Grandma's molasses
Instructions
  1. Soak For 12 hrs. Do not rinse
  2. Smoke with Alder chips for 9 to 11 hours at 120F
