STUFFED MUSHROOM CAPS RECEIPE

Instructions
  1. Buy a couple of pounds of fresh, large capped mushrooms at
  2. the market
  3. Brush gently or wipe with clean cloth (that brown stuff isn't
  4. dirt, it's dung)
  5. Remove stems (reserve for another recipe)
  6. Fill each cap with grated cheddar cheese and smoked salmon
  7. (equal amounts)
  8. Place on a baking or microwave platter or try with the filled
  9. side up
  10. Put enough vermouth in the bottom of the tray to keep
  11. mushrooms from drying out
  12. Heat through - serve hot/warm.
