Easy Classic Smoked Salmon Mousse Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 ounces smoked salmon
- 8 ounces cream cheese, soften
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon horseradish
- Pepper to taste
- 1 seedless cucumber, sliced thin
- Fresh dill
- Cabaret Crackers or Bremner Wafer
Instructions
- Using a blender or food processor, whip cream cheese.
- Add smoked salmon, heavy cream, lemon juice, horseradish and pepper.
- Process until smooth. Place into a crock or serving bowl.
- Garnish with cucumber and dill.
- Serve on a platter with crackers or
- combine all ingredients. Spread thickly on toast.
- Cover with coleslaw to which chopped celery has been added.
- top with second slice of toast.
