Easy Classic Smoked Salmon Mousse Recipe
  • 3 ounces smoked salmon
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, soften
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon horseradish
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 seedless cucumber, sliced thin
  • Fresh dill
  • Cabaret Crackers or Bremner Wafer
  1. Using a blender or food processor, whip cream cheese.
  2. Add smoked salmon, heavy cream, lemon juice, horseradish and pepper.
  3. Process until smooth. Place into a crock or serving bowl.
  4. Garnish with cucumber and dill.
  5. Serve on a platter with crackers or
  6. combine all ingredients. Spread thickly on toast.
  7. Cover with coleslaw to which chopped celery has been added.
  8. top with second slice of toast.
