Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Nachos Recipie

  • 18 whole “Restaurant Style” Tortilla Chips
  • 1 Cup of flaked smoked salmon
  • 2½ tablespoons of finely chopped white onion
  • 8 oz of softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 18 round slices of pickled jalapeno chili’s (about 7 whole peppers)
  • 3 Cups of shredded Manchego or good melting Cheese
  1. Preheat oven 500 degrees
  2. Arrange the 18 tortilla chips in a shallow baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl combine the smoked salmon, onion, cream cheese, lemon
  4. juice & pepper. top each chip with the seafood mixture and the round
  5. slice of jalapeno .
  6. Cover all with the shredded cheese and bake one minute until manchego
  7. is melted, about 1 minute.
