Smokey Salmon Burrito
  1. Heat a flour tortilla on a cast iron griddle or pan, sprinkle lightly with
  2. Monterey Jack or Havarti cheese. Once cheese is slightly melted, place on
  3. plate and top with crumbled Penninsula Alder Smoked Salmon. Add
  4. chopped lettuce, tomato, onion and avocado. It's ready...add a little salsa
  5. and fold up burrito style.
