Dave's Smoked Salmon
  1. Mix brown sugar and lemon juice into a paste make enough to cover bout sides of filet place on rack
  2. and smoke with apple or cherry wood @ 250-275 till done
  3. this is awesome for people who don't like the taste of fish.
  4. serve with hawaiian bread and creamed potatos enjoy
