Mediterranean Island Planked Salmon

- 3 salmon steaks or thick filets
- tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- tbsp. finely chopped italian parlsey
- ½ cup chopped capers
- ½ cup chopped black calamata olives
- tsp chopped fresh dill
- lemon juice.
- Mix all ingredients together, grill fish on one side then flip over and spoon on topping. cook till done. Enjoy
