SMOKED SALMON DIP RECEIPE

Ingredients
  • 1 carton of cottage cheese
  • ½ tea. Onion juice
  • Couple dashes Worcestshire
  • ⅓ cup milk or yogurt
Instructions
  1. Put all in food processor
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Stir in ¼ cup flaked smoked salmon
  4. Use as dipper for chips, crackers or veggies
  5. (use more milk to thin if too thick)
