Simply Delicious Smoked Salmon & Caviar White Pizzas

  • 4 8" Prepared Pizza Crusts
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1½ cups whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chopped chives, plus more for garnish
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • ½ pound thinly sliced smoked salmon
  • 3 ounces good quality black caviar
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brush pizza crusts with olive oil.
  2. Combine mozzarella, ricotta, parsley, nutmeg and salt and pepper.
  3. Spread mixture evenly over each crust, leaving at least a ½" border around the edges.
  4. Place pizzas on a large parchment lined baking sheet and
  5. bake approximately 10 minutes until cheese mixture is bubbly and beginning to turn golden. Remove from oven.
  6. Top each pizza evenly with smoked salmon and dollops of caviar.
  7. Sprinkle with additional chopped chives. Serves 4.
  8. (Pizzas can also be cut into wedges and served as appetizers)
