Fettuccini with a Creamy Salmon Sauce
Serves: 6
  • 1-lb fettuccini
  • 1-lb alder smoked salmon
  • ½ stick of butter
  • 8 oz heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1-egg yolk
  • 2-tsp black pepper
  1. put on a large pot of salted water to boil.
  2. meanwhile in a large saute pan add salmon and butter.
  3. cook a minute until butter is melted.
  4. add heavy cream and cook about 10 minutes.add grated
  5. cheese,egg yolk and pepper.
  6. cook about 6 minutes more.
  7. add fettuccini to water and cook as directed.
  8. drain well and put in a large serving bowl.
  9. pour the sauce over the top and toss well.
  10. serve with parmesan cheese on top.
  11. serves 6 salmon lovers.
