Mike’s Asian Cedar Plank Salmon

Mike's Asian Cedar Plank Salmon
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • Juice of ½ lime
  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, pour over salmon fillets in a shallow baking pan to marinate. I let them marinate for a couple of hours. Oil your previously soaked plank, grill fillets skin side down for appr. 20 minutes. (You can pour some of the marinade over fish ½ way through cooking, but be careful of flare ups.) Enjoy with a glass of chardonnay. Awesome!
