Mike's Asian Cedar Plank Salmon

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp. minced ginger
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- Fresh ground black pepper
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- Juice of ½ lime
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, pour over salmon fillets in a shallow baking pan to marinate. I let them marinate for a couple of hours. Oil your previously soaked plank, grill fillets skin side down for appr. 20 minutes. (You can pour some of the marinade over fish ½ way through cooking, but be careful of flare ups.) Enjoy with a glass of chardonnay. Awesome!
