Planked Boneless Pork Roast

Ingredients
- 1 Boneless Pork Roast (up to 5lbs)
- 1 Whole Apple sliced/slivered
- Numerous Gloves of Garlic slivered
- (If desired Meat Injector with 1 can thawed frozen apple juice)
- Sage
- Rosemary
- Olive Oil
- Baking Plank Board (your choice and flavor!)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Take Roast and stab with paring knife and insert slivered garlic
- and apple into puncture wholes.
- Don't be afraid, stab the little piggy as many times as you want on top and sides
- If desired, you can inject the thawed frozen apple juice
- (don't dilute gives you copious supply of moisture)
- Coat pork roast with olive oil, sage, and rosemary
- Cook until internal temp is 145 (about 30 min/lb).
- FOR BEST RESULTS USE TEMP PROBE!
- Let rest 15 min( should raise temp to 160)
- Take drippings on board and use this as a sauce (au jus)
