Salmon Soup Recipie

Salmon Soup Recipie
  • 1 pkg. smoked salmon
  • 3 medium to large white potatoes, peeled, bite size cubes
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • 1 pt. cream
  1. Cook potatoes, onion, celery till tender, drain part of the liquid off.
  2. Add smoked salmon, add cream then simmer 5 minutes to low boil.
  3. Serve soup over croutons,sprinkle with any type cheese (optional), enjoy!
