Smoked Salmon Fish Balls
Serves: 5
  • 1-lb alder smoked salmon flaked
  • 2-eggs well beaten
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1-tsp salt
  • 1-tsp black pepper
  • 2-cloves crushed garlic
  • ½ cup olive oil
  1. In a large bowl add all the ingredients except the olive oil.
  2. Mix very well, form into 3 inch balls.
  3. Heat olive oil in fry pan on med/hi heat.
  4. Add the balls and cook about 4 minutes each until golden brown.
  5. When your done drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite tomato sauce.
  6. Makes enough to feed about 5 salmon lovers.
