Smoked Salmon Galettes

Smoked Salmon Galettes
  • 2 potatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • quarter pound smoked salmon
  • sour cream
  1. Peel and boil potatoes until soft.
  2. Cool potatoes and then grate. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat oil
  4. Take a tablespoon of grated potato and make a circle in fry pan. Top with smoked salmon. Take another tablespoon of potato and cover smoked salmon. Fry on each side until crisp. Serve with Sour cream.
